I've read various articles but I'm wondering what you prefer and why or do you use both?
Opinions please?
I used both ...just made muesli bar and added some chia seed in it . Think Chia seed are a bit more expensive that flax ones so at least in the US.
To me they kind of the same so I use one or the other depending what I have. I know that daniel like to add the chia seed to his drink like water or tea as think its suppose to help you hydrate even more.
I keep meaning to make some energy bars at home but never get round to it or remember when I do my shop.
You should add the recipe and how to in snacks?
I wonder how it stands with calorie logging. So how much would you say at a guess you guys use of this each day in levels of tablespoons or teaspoons?
