Has anyone tried these before? I was thinking about switching over to them since I already love their line of bars. Is there anything in these that I should worry about? I am wondering if you only need to take them if you are trying to follow a full Skinnygirl lifestyle (I am working to eat healthy but I never fully dive into any product line if that makes sense).
