What have you eaten today?
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes,chicken slices,banana
Lunch--- Last nights leftover dinner
Dinner--- Chicken,bacon and onion in Hoisin sauce,broccoli and rice noodles.
Snack--- 2 Toffee popcorn rice cakes
Breakfast - boiled eggs
Lunch - mackerel and green beans
Snack - an orange
Dinner - shepherds pie
Snacks - oatcakes with peanut butter
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - sweet potato and sardines with veg
Dinner - Turkey mince bolognese
Snack - chocolate, banana
I have eaten few fast foods and rice
Breakfast - boiled eggs
Snack - grapes and an orange
Lunch - sardines and sweet potato with broccoli
Dinner - bolognese with rice and veg
Snack - chocolate
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - cheese omelette
Snack - orange, banana
Dinner - gammon with rice and veg

Todays meals are mostly provided by the garage where I got petrol this morning
7.00 Breakfast : can of milky vanilla meal replacement drink with added vitamins etc.
10.00 Ham and tomato on seeded bread + handful of grapes.
1.00 2 Ham and tomato on seeded bread + Snickers Bar
3.00 2 small chocolate muffins, 2 small Wagon Wheels
5.00 handful of grapes.
7.00 Vegi curry with jacket potato and extra veg.
Drinks : few cups of tea with semi skimmed milk, 1.5l bottle of Aloe Vera Drink.
this looked okay until I had to edit the truth into it

Lunch - crumpets
Dinner - bbq chicken pizza. Not a healthy day really!
Everyday i eat this...
6 egg whites 1 yolk boiled and bowl of porridge with blueberries, Apple
225g Chicken Breast grilled, half a cup of broccoli, sweet potato, carrots
Tuna/Mackerel (tinned) Sandwich on wholemeal, TBS Mayo, Banana
Protein whey powder (30-40g)
225g Chicken Breast/Salmon grilled, the other half of the broccoli, sweet potato, carrots/Aspargus
<-- You can see my weight and goal. Looking for advice if anyone thinks i am eating enough or doing anything wrong. IF anyone thinks they could tweak my diet and give me some pointers that would be great. Im working out 6 days a week both cardio/strength and have quite a large frame as it is. So if anyone could chip in with advice, be much appreciated.
