What have you eaten today?
Breakfast protein shake and banana
Lunch protein shake (poor time planning right there).
Dinner: mince Turkey with stir fry veggies, chilli, honey, gogi berries and soy sauce. With some Mexican bean rice.
Then natural yoghurt with mixed berries.
And another protein shake.
Snack: bloody another protein shake [emoji28][emoji28] not thought today through very well.
Breakfast--- 2 Caramel rice cakes,ham,banana
Lunch--- 2 Salt and vinegar rice cakes with 2 boiled eggs
Dinner--- Slow cooker turkey stew with peas and roasted parsnips.
Snack--- 2 Caramel rice cakes
Breakfast - crumpets
Lunch - eggs on toast
Snack - banana, raw carrots
Dinner - chicken casserole
Snack - rice cakes and peanut butter
Ended up having an ice cream late last night too!

Dinner--- Hache burger with roasted veg.
Snack--- Several Caramel rice cakes.

Lunch - steak and cheese sub from subway
Dinner - rice bolognese
Snack - crisps
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes,ham,banana
Lunch--- 2 rice cakes, boiled egg,chicken slices and salad
Dinner--- Duck in plum sauce with roasted veg.
Snack--- None.
Today:
Breakfast - toast, banana
Lunch - omelette and veg
Dinner - sardines, sweet potato and veg
Breakfast - peanut butter on toast, banana
Lunch - boiled egg on toast
Snack - raw carrot
Dinner - kfc boneless box
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes,chicken slices,banana
Lunch--- chicken slices and cheese salad
Dinner--- Paprika mince beef with brown rice spaghetti
Snack--- 4 Toffee popcorn rice cakes
