Dinner - omelete and veg
Snack - rice cakes and peanut butter, frozen yoghurt

L - tomato and spinach omelette
D - chicken & veg with some roast sweet potato - cauli, broccoli, carrots, butternut squash
S - whey protein ice lolly + sugar free jelly
Breakfast - crumpet

Dinner - fish finger sandwiches
Snacks - Apple, carrot sticks, rice cakes.
B- egg and bacon cupcakes
L - minced Turkey with grated squash, chopped tomatoes, red onion, chilli, garlic and some brown rice.
