1 x small seeded bread with a fun size banana
1 x quark yoghurt
1 x protein shake
2 pieces of ham and 2 squares cheese.
Yet to have a protein bar and a shake for dinner at work.

I know but I am also skint! So slimfast is literally my lifeline this week!
I will be having baked stuffed butternut squash for tea with some turkey so I will live!
Breakfast - oatmeal, banana
Lunch - omelete and baked beans
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Quorn sausage casserole.
Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal, banana
Lunch - omelettte and veg
Dinner - Cod, pasta and green beans.
Snack - boiled egg, Apple
Breakfast - crumpet with peanut butter
Lunch - beans on toast, salad, banana
Dinner - chicken and bacon wrap
Snack - rice cakes, grapes

veg curry for lunch
2 slices of soreen for snacks
Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal with low fat spread and a banana.
Lunch - Ham and egg salad with lighter than light mayo and a small piece of homemade flapjack.
Dinner - Big mac in a bowl, slimming world chips.
Snacks - Hola hoop pufts.
