What have you eaten today?
Ryvita with PB sounds nice actually!
Today so far I've had a shake for brekkie, I'll have an apple and PB when I get home (at soft play with kids) then I've no dinner planned

Oh yes, it's been great! Back to reality today though!
Today I had:
Breakfast - oatmeal and banana.
Snack - protein shake after the hun.
Lunch - cod, baked beans and veg.
Dinner - 2 Cumberland sausages, brown rice and veg.
Snack - oatcakes and peanut butter.
Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Post workout snack - protein shake, banana and peach.
Lunch - Turkey mince with baked beans and veg
Dinner - chicken with brown rice and Brussels sprouts.
Snack - oatcakes and peanut butter.
Today:
Breakfast - sardines on wholewheat toast.
Lunch - pasta with tuna and veg.
Dinner - chicken with oven chips, peas and gravy. Rice pudding.
Snacks - oat cakes and peanut butter, banana.
Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal with strawberry protein powder mixed in.
Post workout snack - protein shake, Ryvita and banana.
Lunch - sweet potato, Chicken and baked beans.
Dinner - Turkey mince lasagne and brown rice.

Breakfast - beans on wholemeal toast.
Lunch - Chicken with baked sweet potato and green beans.
Snack - protein shake and a banana after the gym.
Dinner - Turkey mince lasagne and rice.

Snack - quavers and a banana.
Dinner - stew and peas and green beans.

Lunch - chicken with beans and broccoli.
Snack - protein shake and banana after the gym.
Dinner - spaghetti bolognese

Yesterday was so bad!
Breakfast - none
Lunch - sardines on toast. Banana.
Dinner - Chicken casserole.
Snacks - Bombay mix, peanut butter sandwich, LO's fries and milkshake that she didn't eat. And I'm sure there was something else bad that I've forgotten about!
