What have you eaten today?
Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - mackerel with rice and veg.
Dinner - we had cheeseburger and chips in a cafe.
Snacks - onion ring crisps, some biscuits. Been so unhealthy today!

Breakfast - two boiled eggs.
Lunch - mackerel with Savoy cabbage and mushrooms.
Dinner - we went to McDonalds and I had a Big Tasty meal.

Lunch - baked sweet potato with grated cheddar cheese, chicken and broccoli.
Dinner - cheese omelette with green beans.
Snack - going to have a boiled egg and some almonds.
Been a big naughty today!

Dinner - chicken casserole.
Snacks - boiled eggs, almonds, half a banana.
Today:

Lunch - mackerel with pasta and veg
Dinner - chicken casserole and some baguette.
Snacks - boiled eggs, oatcakes and peanut butter.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- oatmeal and two boiled eggs.
Lunch - baked cod with chickpeas and veg.
Dinner - beef casserole.
Today I had:
Breakfast - boiled eggs.
Lunch - steak and cheese sub.
Dinner - beef casserole.
Snacks - chocolate.
Had a good day today!

Lunch - cottage cheese sandwiches, oatcakes and peanut butter.
Dinner - chicken and rice.
Post workout snack - protein shake, a bowl of mixed tuna, cottage cheese, boiled egg, onion and walnuts. It looked pretty horrible, but it was so nice and very filling
