What have you eaten today?
Today :
Breakfast - toast.
Lunch - fish and chips at the aquarium we visited.
Dinner - Chicken with pasta and veg in a tomato and herb sauce.
Snack - some pick and mix sweets.
Breakfast - two slices of toast.
Lunch - omelette and veg.
Dinner - went to the Harvester and had fish n chips.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - burger and chips in a cafe.
Dinner - steak and potato wedges.
Snack - chocolate buttons
Really need to get back on track!
Today I had:
Breakfast - oatmeal and grapes.
Lunch - omelette with cod and mushrooms.
Dinner - chicken and rice with veg in the slow cooker.
Snacks - almonds, peanut butter on rice cakes.

Lunch - omelette with peppers and mushrooms.
Dinner - chicken casserole with sweet potatoes
Snacks - almonds, half a banana, Ryvitas with peanut butter.
Today I had:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - cheese omelette with mushrooms and onions.
Steak with sweet potato mash and veg.
Snack - banana.

Lunch - omelette with sardines and mushrooms.
Dinner - beef casserole.
Snack - oatcakes with peanut butter.
All was going well until I had a big 200g bag of salted peanuts this evening, Oopps!

Lunch - mackerel and rice.
Dinner - went out for a carvery
Snack - pringles and chocolate buttons.
