What have you eaten today?
Today I had:
Breakfast - oatmeal.
Lunch - omelette with veg.
Snack - a peach and a banana.
Dinner - beef casserole with rice.

B - Wholemeal roll, cheese and ham
L - Frikadella, potatoes and salad
D - Salad and Spanish Tortilla
Snack - 2 crispbreads with low fat philly
Today:
Breakfast - oatmeal and half a banana.
Lunch - omelette and veg.
Dinner - beef casserole and baguette with butter.
Snack - will have some chocolate buttons later.
Today I had:
Breakfast - omelette with mushrooms.
Lunch - baked cod and veg.
Snack - grapes and strawberries.
Dinner - chicken casserole with rice.
Yesterday:
B - Egg and Ham with toast
L - 2 crispbreads with light philly
D - Cajun chicken with salad and actifry wedges.
Syns - 2 licorice fish (4) Crispbread (2.5) Light mayo (4)
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and mushrooms.
Lunch - sardines and mixed veg.
Snack - grapes, strawberries.
Dinner - chicken casserole with some baguette.
Snack - almonds.
Yesterday - bit oops, despite not going over my syns I did have 2 big meals - bit worried about weigh in now haha
B - Toast and cheese (Hea and Heb)
L - Home made burger with a small portion of wedges and salad
D - Spaghetti bolognese with salad
Snacks - 2 licorice fish (4)
