Which foods are rich in omega-3 fatty acids?
Aside from fish, which foods are good sources? I'm averse to pills, so dietary supplements are out. I think I've seen it added to pastas and whatnot, but I'm trying to limit my carbohydrates. Help!

I was just reading about this the other day. Someone said that walnuts and flax seeds were good sources, but I also read that the meat and milk from pasture fed animals is a good source too. I always try to eat free range as it seems to produce the best of everything.

Depending on meat source, animal fats ARE a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, with grass fed/ pastured having a pretty good fatty acid profile. It's not such a big issue in the UK as animal husbandry is better than in the US, where the fatty acid profile is appalling due to the CAFO extensive rearing methods.
You can get algae based O3 sources, not sure if they come in non-pill format, or fish oil in liquid form that actually tastes nice.
Do a search on some of the paleo forums, you should find some good info there

Soybeans, walnuts, pine nuts, flax seeds, spinach, cauliflower, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries .... I just have these on my list from recent search for my detox plan. I'm sure there are many others.

You guys are a gold mine! Thanks. I knew there had to be more sources out there. I checked out some of the free range offerings in the grocery store, and I think I'll be transitioning over. It's better for us anyway.
