Well, that is really how I like to eat my chicken because the juices don't get wasted. If you want to change it up a bit, buy a big pack of the chicken thighs. I have had nothing but sweetness from using lemon pepper, Cajun rubs, and rosemary and thyme seasonings while I bake them. They are juicy, tasty, and a little different than chicken breast which can be quite bland.
You can always coat them with a mix as well and get them nice and crispy!
