I want something to snack on that is vegan, low in sugar, salty and crunchy. It must be vegan as I do not consume animals or their by-products. Please give me an idea.

Thug kitchen do a recipe for sugarsnap peas with a peanut butter/soy sauce dip which looks nice! In fact, all of their stuff is good, although not to be viewed if you have a nervous disposition

Maybe peanut butter/banana "ice cream"? Chunky peanut butter would give it a crunch and you could always add a bit of salt or something!

I tend to snack on salt and vinegar rice cakes!

The roasted broccoli and chickpea burritos are amazing! I crack up reading the recipes though!

I'm a vegan so I do not consume ice cream. Salt and vinegar rice cakes sound unbelievable. I've never seen them on store shelves in the United States. I'll have to keep an eye out for them. Thanks for the suggestions.

By "ice cream" I meant peanut butter and banana blended together and frozen, it gives you the texture of ice-cream whilst being cruelty free my vegan friends swear by it!

We have all sorts of rice cakes here, my favourites are s&v and sweet chilli!
