That's a lot to lose in 2 weeks... it's not something I would recommend personally. If don't think it's healthy to try to lose 30lbs in 2 weeks.
What is the event that you have?
I would recommend making sure that you are eating a healthy, balanced diet and drinking plenty of water, and see what you can lose, but I don't know how you would lose 30lbs in 14 days. Not in a healthy way at least. Your body will try to retain fats and sugars if you don't eat enough and it goes into 'starvation' mode and preserves as much as it can.
