For a really easy way to tighten and tone the abdomen, try this isometric exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere. All you do is squeeze in your tummy as hard as you can and hold it for a count of 5, then slowly release the muscles. This is so simple but it really does tighten and tone the belly area, that's so hard to target effectively.
