How do you track your fitness

How do you track your fitness if it be steps, distance, heart rate etc

Pros Cons for your fitness tracker?

I have a FitBit Surge mostly used to track my heart rate for calories burnt but also use for distances for running, sprints, bike ride, trails etc

The only downside to it is I'd love to have interval options and I also wish it was a little smaller. It would annoy me if I wore it all day for steps so don't.

Its easy to setup. It's easy to use. It has survived lake swims training. It survived Tough Mudder.

I've got a FitBit Flex, it tracks sleeps, steps, calories burnt, active minutes in a day.
You can also track exercise and calories eaten, water drank by using the app.

It would help if I actually did some proper exercise, but it's great to know when I've been REALLY lazy, so I go for a little walk the day after if I can

I use a Fitbit HR mainly for tracking steps and sleeps. I have used it for calories Etc. But found I ate unhealthily if I was allowed to choose what to spend the calories on - SW suits me better!

I agree Jennie, I don't track calories on there, but it's an option for anyone who is interested at least
I'm the same as you, tracking sleep and steps mostly!
