I haven't done yoga since I was a teenager but I did it out of a book from the library.
If you don't want to go to a class, then there are always YouTube videos, a DVD or a book

There is a very good, easy book that helps you ease into yoga - it is old, pics from the 70s, but it really works. Richard Hittleman's Yoga - 28 day exercise plan. ANYONE can do it - and I sincerely meant that because I did it when I was at my least fit stage in life. In fact, thanks for the topic - I just talked myself into doing it again!!

I am a giant blob of wobbly bits, have self image issues and can't touch my toes (yet). But I've been going to a lovely yoga class.

Everyone else is slim but they are all busy doing their own thing that they don't seem to judge. Maybe they are, I don't know, but the experience I have is worth a few people thinking "wow she's fat". I'm hooked

I've also done some youtube videos, I don't know who the teachers were but some of them were good, some were just a bit too... clinical. Depends what kind of yoga work out you want really!

Yoga is the best exercise forever. Yoga is a part of cardio exercise and you can also do this exercise easily at home. You must start your yoga in the morning on daily basis. If you don't hire trainer then you must visit the yoga sites which is available on the internet.

Yoga affects a person's body, cognition, emotion, and energy levels. You should be required to watch the Yoga tutorials on YouTube and try to do it.
