I'm only on week 2 (done first week 2 run yesterday, 2 more to do this week) but so far so good!
Before I got pregnant I got to where I could run 6km non-stop (slower than a herd of turtles through peanut butter...but still running lol). But I did pretty much zero exercise during pregnancy and then had to recover from a C-section so I am starting from scratch again.
Anyone else trying this?
