Hi wobbles, feeling good. Legs a bit heavy this morning, but I put 2 hard efforts in yesterday breaking some strava records ( the gps training record site).
It's tough, but that's what I do... How's you?

Hi Wobbles, I do some events, Audax and Sportives along with the odd Charity ride like the Kent Air Ambulance 100km ( coming up 27th September, it's a toughie). A group of us went to French Alps earlier in the year and did some of the iconic climbs laugh as Alp D'Huez, The Glandon, Croix Du Fer. Bloody hard , awesome ,incredible and satisfying.
2 x 12 mile commutes Thursday
2x 12 mile commutes Friday
Another 48 miles. V pleased , the return legs were records for me at avg speed 17.9 mph followed by 18mph. V pleased as j carry a heavy ruck sack and the bike is heavy, and doesn't have the Clio in pedals just toe clips on my commuter.

Jet lagged, a week of no training, late nights and beer. This hurt a bit.
100km for Kent Air Ambulance, I did it in one hit, no stops or feed stations. Trying to catch up with a group who started 30-40 minutes before me. Little did I know that they got lost! I got back before them...
