The Body Coach
Does anyone else follow The Body Coach. I only follow him as his meals are quick and easy. Not tried any yet.
I also like his workout videos but I'm not that fit yet but am going to try and do one from next week.
I mean how hard can this be to do.

Oh I have this guys page on my Facebook feed:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Body-Coach
I've a friend who has really considered joining his 90 day plan but even on his page he has some good tips and #foodspiration
Total LMAO @ the comment below the video though... "did you fart a 19:57?" I have no volume but funny!
I have him on Facebook. I know a couple of people who done it but didn't see as much change as the pics you see on Facebook.I was going to do it but don't think I could stay motivated for 3 months.
Oh really! Change they still considered good or ...? I know you can be doing exactly the same things as someone else but both have different results!
They both toned up and loss some weight so they were happy. Just not major results like you see on Facebook.
Hard work getting mega results. I'm pushing in some extra workouts in June in hope to give myself (well my body) a push.
The Body Coach has a book coming out 31st Dec 2015.I've pre ordered it.
I signed up and managed 3 weeks of cycle one. I lost weight and toned up but it just wasn't for me. I wasn't a fan of most of the recipes so I felt restricted with what I was eating - and the portions were huge!
I've used some of his #leanin15 recipes and just cook the amount I want.
I've not signed up to the whole Body Coach thing as when I do exercise I do what I feel like doing on the day.
If you are used to smaller portions you should slowly bring your portion size up but I have to admit I wasn't an eater ... eat more makes you bigger my mindset was at despite being told over an over again and reading it's true ... 3 weeks ago I listened and stuck to a meal plan and I'm in shock it appears to be working.
Is it a recipe book huntress?
