Running doesnt feel right in the beginning, thats the thing. Its never going to be exciting, but once you get used to it and you get fitter, it will start to feel good. Thats the challenge. But to be honest, Im not a big fan either, mainly because its quite boring in the end. I prefer gym, not the same thing really but still. For gettng your pulse up, try sport thats fun too, then it wont feel like excercise. Treadmills are the worst option IMO.

Well Mrs....? Awww I'm in heaven with it, can't believe how unfit I am, but at least I'm now doing something to conquer that.
I'm doing 30 mins every night.
Rosie loves it too :-) so will do her the world of good as she is so self conscious about running etc at school, so it's giving her a huge boost at home!! :-)
Running is a great way to burn some fat ... it can be boring and I much prefer the treadmill watching some TV and although I have set up a TV in the same rom as the treadmill I am doing blast of 15 minutes after morning boot camps so the music is enough to keep me going.
Glad you're enjoying it Mrs
and the little Miss too ... fab! My Caitlin hates PE at school. x
How you getting on with the TM hun?
Really well, been gradually working up the speed and incline.
Go on it most nights at least 5 nights a week.
It's such a nice release.
Going to attempt going for a run/jog/walk this weekend.
X
I have started using my treadmill 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes. I just do the best I can without killing myself with pressure. It so boring but once I am done I feel GREAT for it!
