January 2012 : Start weight 188 pounds

Between January to April : Lost 23 pounds :happy dance:

April found out I was pregnant! Start weight 165 pounds.!

October 2013: Gave birth : Weight 177 pounds.

November 2014 : weight :158 pounds !

I am not doing to bad!

My target weight for a healthy me I would like to be in the 150 pounds range!

8 pounds to go! for 2015 !

How are you finding weight loss now you're near your target? My last stone went slowwwwww now I've to shift it again

yes think I am at a plateau right now ...be hard to break since holidays starting now! so for now my plan is to try to maintain where i am at until past the holidays

Your goal can boost you to achieve your ideal weight. That is very important when planning to lose weight. Many people I saw they failed because they loss interest the whole process. Strong determination like you is one of the good example when losing weight. Some people loss weight very fast and some people are not.
