The day after the day after is the worst!
I have heard the saying that the day after the day after is the worst for muscle pains after a workout. I think it's true! I did a kettlebell workout two days ago, and I ached yesterday but today is even worse!
I'm planning on going to the gym later too!

The gym workout went really well and I don't think that the aching really affected it. I will see how I feel tomorrow now!

I get that when I either do a new workout or I've been off it for a while!
Oh no, I was hoping cos I don't ache today, it would mean I'd gotten away with it! I do remember when I started 30 day shred the pain was worse 2 days after though!
Depends what you've done too and how high the intensity was on where you've worked I guess.
Some people think if their body do not scream because of the pain after gym, the work out was useless;-))) But i do agree the day after the day after is the worst!!
