Hydrate! What do you drink?

Usually i found that is if i run/exercice less then 60 minutes most of the time i don't feel the need to drink something but for a long run I must said i just drink some water mix with a bit of juice.
I know a lot people are into sports drinks like Gatorade etc...
What to you drink ?
I drink water! That is it! I mean I drink other things throughout the day but I only drink water when I am exercising. Water is what quenches my thirst and it has zero calories.
I just drink water. When I'm at the gym I drink about a bottle and a half of it as I get so thirsty, but I do need to work on increasing my water intake throughout the rest of the day though as it's sadly lacking right now!
Fresh water is the best for me. I do not believe in the marketing hype of things like Vitamin Water, and Gatorade. I don't like to drink sugar water after I am done with exercising. You are just replacing all the calories you just burned off.
Water is the best drink you could have to hydrate. You should just drink other sports beverages, like Gatorade, if you want a change up through plain water. Make sure you consume enough water a day particularly if you're on a sports group.
Water and only water!) i do not belive in Gatorade and things like this
I drink water, although I only take it put running if it's really hot or I'm doing 5k+! at first I'd take it even just to run round the block as I'd get so dry mouthed
I got some free samples of a tablet type thing you drop into water that's supposed to be calorie free or something! I'll be trying them out when it gets warmer and I've upped my distance!
