Losing weight from the thighs!

It's drove me mad. Most places I've lost from but the thighs don't want to move much. I've just measures at 1/2 inch less than October and in total 2 1/2 inches in a whole year it doesn't seem very much and even when I portion the rest of me my thighs are massive!

Has anyone got any tips to help lose some from that area that has worked for them. I really hoped all this running would help me but can't say I looked too much into it I'd have been running regardless but silently hoped so

Have you still been doing the weight training too? I know how you feel, although I can clearly see that mine is down to muscle growth (don't know how I feel about that yet, I suppose it's better than fat ) but also my arms have literally only changed about 0.5 of an inch since starting losing weight.

Could you maybe up your leg work, squats, lunges, etc to keep toning? That's all I can think of, other than that we may just be cursed with thunder thighs

You cannot lose weight from just a couple of body areas. Weight loss is definitely an overall process and there are absolutely no magic answers. Don't pay focus on weight loss supplements and pills. You need to consider many factors but most seem to be related to issues we've been aware of for a very long time. There are many smart things you can do that will make a difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It is possible in a healthy way. This is exactly what has worked for me.
