finally starting to feel more human, so I'm off for a run this afternoon! And I can't back out of it either, cos I've told my mum and dad I'll take the dog! I'm really looking forward to it even though it's tipping down with rain. I'm going to take it easy and not stick to timings or anything today, I'll just go with the flow and see how I do!

Good luck to you! I wish I could run, but my knees never let me do it. I run like the wind in my dreams though.

For you I would suggest just walking, or even swimming! Swimming is great for bad knees as it's very low impact and keeps you very fit.

Kudos to you PrincessPikachu for getting back on it! Good job and keep it up.

Omg it was the most amazing run ever! I loved it and ran the most I've ever ran! Normally I do walk 1 run 1, but just went for it today and ran 90% of the way! I was so surprised! It definitely helped having the dog. Going to take her again tomorrow and do a slightly longer circuit seeing as I almost ran the whole way today. I want to be out for 30m and did about 20 today, so will extend it slightly! I'm so chuffed at how good it felt!

It definitely did the job! I'm so glad I didn't try it too soon when I wasn't feeling well, but after a fab run today I'm feeling so positive about it all! I'm aiming to get out every day this week, I've got a little bit of child free time every day, so can take 1/2 hour out! I'm glad I managed to get back on it this week, cos I think if I'd have left it til next week I wouldn't have done it
