Huntress's food and exercise diary
Wed dinner--- Beef stew with pasta.
Todays dinner--- Pork meatballs and veg.
Going to get back into exercising tomorrow.
Treadmill,ab workout,yoga.Not going to push the first couple of weeks just need to get a routine going again.
Food is going to be something like this.
Breakfast --- Gluten free porridge with lactofree milk
Lunch -------Salad with meat/fish/egg
Dinner ----- Meat/fish/poultry with veg and sometimes gluten free brown rice pasta/spaghetti/lasagna.
Will weigh in the morning to see what I'm up against but my main aim is back getting fit again.
1st June. 8st 5lbs
I only weigh once a month.
10th July. 8st 7lbs
Going to get back on it.
One week left of work then 2 weeks off. Then working every other day for 2 weeks then 2 weeks off.

Monday I have a NHS Health Check Up so there will be no excuse to not exercise and get back into eating properly. My cholesterol last time was a bit higher than what they wanted it to be so it will be interesting 6 months down the line with eating c**p what it will be now. I need to find some veggie recipes as I don't want to eat meat 7 days a week.
I nearly sold my treadmill but thought what will I do during winter when I can't get out.
This weekend I'm going to write out a food and fitness plan for the week and stick to it. I find the time to sit and watch tv etc so why can't I find the time to do 30 mins on the treadmill.
So jealous you have your own treadmill. I would love one but I haven't a clue where I'd put it. Could you not watch tv whilst you're on it?

My treadmill has been put in the garage, I was bored indoors... I thought I'd love it and use it more than I did so it was taking up space I wanted unnecessarily!
