Wobbles Squat Challenge
So I managed to get a challenge going with my young person at work and my lovely work colleague joined in then the following day when I went home another world colleague also took up the challenge
50 squats a day challenge eek!!!
We have agreed when we have nobody to see we have completed it’s based on trust.
I have done all days now and some on the squat rack!
Has anyone else done a squat challenge And seen any results? I do love a squat but I’ve never committed to daily!
So today I split into x2 25

I’ve kept up with mine. One day I didn’t so had to make up for it the next day but I did it at 2 different times of the day haha
Mine didn’t work out as my YP gave up although I do sneak in squats at bedtime at work or a long bathroom trip, I’m sure people will think I’m having a Poo

I did one a couple of years ago and it worked wonders! It was one of those 30 day insta type ones. Might dig it out and give it another go, I was doing it whilst cooking.
I need to do a mini workout at work again. A challenge that isn’t just 1 movement maybe in thinking... blast of some sort. I’m exhausted end of days at work though.
There’s loads of 10 min type things on insta, loads of PTs we’re putting them up in lockdown to try and keep people moving at least a little bit!
One of the staff bedrooms is box so not much space but I can do something or ab blast. Depends what time night ends most times I’m exhausted but I make excuses up on my days off too haha
I heard squats are a good addition to my running as they help build strength. I’ve been adding body weight squats to the days I don’t run. Do squats really help or improve running?
