MY challenge was to do the treadmill 3 times a week,yoga and abs workout.
Which I have failed on all of them.
I have no excuse not to do any as I don't go to work until the afternoons but I've been busy knitting. Lol
Right here it is my challenge for the rest of July.
Walk min 10,000 steps every day.
Treadmill Tue and Thurs.
Abs workout Mon and Fri
Yoga Wed.

I've managed about 3km so far on the bike as work chaotic building up to end of term tomorrow. After that though intend to hammer the exercise. 1000km over 21 days seems quite doable considering not got much else to do
Gratz on the 5km walk Missbelle. Am hoping to get out into the fresh air sometime. Lots of canals and walkways nearby Ive always wanted to explore. Just need to reduce the chaffing by dropping few lbs
