June Fitness Challenge
I need to get back into exercising again.
I'm going to keep track of what I do here in June.
I'm aiming at doing 10000 steps a day and treadmill 3km run every other day.
Who would like to join me?

Am up for a June challenge
Sadly having tried running, I really suck at it, and it leaves me in pain. So a 20 km a day exercise bike challenge sounds a feasible choice for me. Think that should take about 500 cals off my food intake if the bikes calorie counter is accurate. Guessing will take me about an hour and a half at my current fitness level.
So here goes : I PaulB will cycle 20 km a day on my exercise bike during this coming month of June. Every day I miss I give £5 as a charitable donation to something that's collecting at the time. If I miss 7 days or more I will epilate my hairy man legs.

I'm in, I was just about to post a June challenge thread.
I am aiming for 10,000 steps a day and 250km on the bike over the month.

Perhaps I should up my running Km's but I can't match you and Paul on your bikes.

It find it easier to gain km on the bike than on the treadmill.

Day 1 : 20 km (done as 2 x 10 km) time taken 1 hour 3 mins 54 seconds
Did better than I though I would. My goal is by the end of the month to do the full 20 km in one go in under an hour. Will update after day 31
