Oh yeah push ups too! I dunno if I'm going to continue with it as my knees killing going to try tonight but if it's still bad in going to go the doctors tomorrow x

They're fun, I love waving my arms about as I do them! Just I piss my pants lmao! I find level one s lot harder then two so tend to just skip it. Although last time I tried I could barely walk for 3 days after, think I pushed too hard lol!

I quite like the jumping jacks too. I've had to give myself a few days off it as it was just too much for my knees I'm hoping to start again tomorrow x

When my knees are bad I do the jumping things without the legs iykwim? So like for jumping jacks I'd just do the arms and then would do skipping arms too cx
