To get the best advice i will try and give the best details, apologize if i miss something. I seen the diet on a fitness website and just went with it because it looks healthy. Ive taken out the red meats and added in extra veg but im not sure all my efforts are doing anything good for me, please help lol.

My daily diet:

6 egg whites 1 yolk boiled and bowl of porridge with blueberries, Apple
225g Chicken Breast grilled, half a cup of broccoli, sweet potato, carrots
Tuna/Mackerel (tinned) Sandwich on wholemeal, TBS Mayo, Banana
Protein whey powder (30-40g)
225g Chicken Breast/Salmon grilled, the other half of the broccoli, sweet potato, carrots/Aspargus
2 liter water min

My Exercise:

3 days cardio, 3 days strength, 1 day rest (cheat meal, pizza).
Cardio- Currently at 4 mins run, 1 min rest times by four.
Previous run, 2 min run, 1 min rest times eight.

My weight is coming down but has steadied the last few days. Although you are supposed to loose 2 lbs a week i may still hit my target at the end of the week

Thanks for reading and hopefully you can help, cheers

Why have you taken out red meat?
Protein is what keeps you feeling fuller for longer.

What is your porridge size?

How many calories does the above work out to be?

6 egg whites is about 102 cals, yolk is 55, 40g serving of porridge with water is 150,100g blueberries is 57,apple is 105.

so breakfast is about 469 calories.

225g Chicken Breast is 387 cals, 1/2 cup brocolli is 15, carrots 23, sweet potato 57.

totals 482 calories.

100g of tuna is about 184, 2 slices wholemeal bread is 138, tablespoon tbs mayo is 94, banana is about 121.

totals 537 calories.

a scoop about 30g of whey protein is about 110 cals

at a very rough guess your cals will be around 2080/day

Nowhere near enough calories for you MrFrost!
As you are quite a bit overweight it is far better to start at a higher level ..say 3000 at least and then as you get near your target and things tend to slow down you can then lower your calorie intake more.
There are sites where you can log your foods and it will automatically count them for you.

Rocking the protein! Are you sticking to the same food every day? That could make you hit a plateau not to forget a varied food plan will give you a good mix of nutrients.

I would consider removing so much carbs/wheat in one day ... Track your food log on myfitnesspal.

I think if that was me (not that I can eat that much) I would be something long the lines of:
6 egg whites 1 yolk boiled on spinach & some berries
225g Chicken Breast grilled cup of veg
Tuna/Mackerel (tinned) on a serving of fresh salad
Protein whey powder (30-40g)
225g Chicken Breast/Salmon grilled, the other half of the broccoli, carrots/Aspargus
2 liter water min

I would do limited carbs on run days (potatoes and bread) if the running intensity is high or long distance.

Eat high protein greek yogurts (total 0% or skyr), plenty of greens, berries and have a steak day or so. Nom!

I would watch my carbs/starchy foods. You are eating about (5) servings of carbs/starch a day with the porridge (1), sandwich (2), sweet potatoes x2 (2). Really, you should probably aim for no more than 3 of those a day, especially on days that you are not doing cardio. As for the cardio, try changing it up a bit. For over a year, I tried running and the eliptical as my main cardio source, and did not really see any great results. I started limiting my starchy/carb foods and doing varying cardio exercises (some with weights, some not) and have seen great results (down 8 inches in 5 weeks). That is just my suggestion, and I can recommend the cardio programs I use if you are interested.

I posted this by accident (this is embarassing). It was a new thread I was trying to make elsewhere. There seems to be no way to delete a post!
