Max calories per day?

What is your maximum calorie intake a day?

Mines set as 1200 calories x

Mines about 1600 I think! I was eating around 1200 but plateaued and when I worked out my TDEE I wasn't eating enough! I dont really count calories now though and just eat when I'm hungry, which is probs why I gained almost 1/2 stone lol

At the mo i've set it at 1400, but very rarely hit that tbh...dunno if that's a good or bad thing tho?

1350 on rest days, 1350 plus exercise cals on gym days

Yep, we'll I try to eat most of them back, but I don't need to lose weight really, I'm maintains so I don't want the calorie deficit to be as big

I actually started losing! Although it did coincide with the 6 weeks from me going veggie which is when your weights meant to stabilise anyway, so it could all be coincidental! But I did feel better for eating more!

How did you decide on 1200 Hun? I always aimed for 1200 or under cos that's what everyone days you need to do to lose! But working out my total daily energy expenditure, on active days I need something like 1625 and to maintain I'd need about 1400 on a non active day! It did really surprise me cos I thought 1200 was the average lol! Plus with me being veggie it means I get to eat a shit load if I'm eating healthily!
