Today:

Breakfast - oatmeal and two boiled eggs.

Post workout snack - protein shake, oatcakes with peanut butter and a banana.

Lunch - we went to the Hungry Horse and I had the mini mixed grill.

Dinner - Chicken breast with brown rice, cottage cheese and vegetables.

Today:

Breakfast - oatmeal and boiled eggs.

Post workout snack - protein shake, oatcakes and peanut butter, banana.

Lunch - sardines in tomato sauce with sweet potato.

Dinner - Tuna and brown rice.

Today I've had:

Breakfast - oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs.

Post workout snack - protein shake, half a tin of sardines, banana.

Lunch - mashed sweet potato with baked beans, green beans. Some frozen berries.

Dinner - chicken breast with brown rice and veg.

Snack - oatcakes with peanut butter.

Yesterday:

B - Magic Pancakes with yoghurt and melon (Heb on oats)
L - Small jacket potato with baked beans and Hea of cheese
D - Chilli con carne with salad
Snack - 2 crispbreads with light philly.
