How many PP should I be on

Hello

Can anyone help how many pro points edit now called smart points I should be on with Weight Watchers please?

Edit

Age: 30
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 11st 12.5lbs
Not very active

The website isn't accepting my debit card to sign up which is frustrating making the final decision then hitting what must be a technical issue with payments but I'd like to kick start with the help of Google which is how I found you.

I believe that now, pro points aren't used. It's now Smart points with additional Flex points that allow you to have some 'treats' without damaging your overall losses.

I managed to find the link below to help calculate how many points you would be allowed, but it also wants to know how much weight you want to lose. From

Oh thank you Sarah. I have read success stories on blogs and they called them pro points. I haven't tried again to register but I will do later today. They have a month free on.

I’d noticed that, that’s a bargain!
And as for what they’re called, its like SE, they change things up every so often but it just confuses people who followed it previously and go back to it... I wish they’d all stick with the same names for their plans

That would definitely help. I decided I might see how I get on without signing up but I don't think it's worked. I appear to just be following a healthy meal plan of my own.

Thank you for your replies.

I've never really looked into weight watchers, I should do a little research on how it works.

Good luck whatever way you go
