Filling and Healthy question?

I'm looking at trying the new filling and healthy but I'm a little confused, dunno if anyone has the advise or answers but ill ask anyways.

1/ Cant eat any bread apart from small brown, now theres no limit on the diet so why has it got to be SMALL? I don't get that?

2/ Same again one can have brown thins? y only thins when they have the ingredients same as other breads?

3/ were told to keep away from potatoes but there on there? so oven chips and mash in abundance?

Can one really eat these everyday, including crumpets and still lose, does anyone eat these on a regular basis and lose weight? thanks for reading x

In answer to your third question, oven chips are processed potatoes so they wouldn't be considered a F&H food. If you mash potatoes with just skimmed milk, then that would be F&H but obviously if you added butter etc then it wouldn't be.
