I don't particularly care for them but my mother-in-law lost about 50 lbs eating just the Weight Watchers meals over a six month period. I think she is just eating healthy foods that cooks herself to maintain.

I say that you could lose weight doing that, but I think it would be quite unhealthy as there will be little variety in your diet, try adding fruit and veg and light, healthy snacks during the day.

Yes, you can lose weight by including a frozen meal in your day as long as you're adhering to your SmartPoints and remaining within the restrictions of your diet with increased physical activity.

Dietary habits and calorie intake can vary greatly depending on individual factors such as age, gender, height, weight, metabolism, and activity level. While some people may find success with certain eating patterns or caloric restrictions, it's important to consider overall health and nutrition as well.
1200 calories you are taking is really low for a day. It is recommended to take an average of 2000 calories. If you have specific health goals or concerns, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian who can assess your individual needs and provide personalized advice. They will give you proper diet plans with the required nutrition.

eating ww meals can be a convenient option for portion control and calorie tracking, as they are specifically designed to be lower in calories but relying on these meals may not provide a well-rounded and sustainable approach to weight loss.

Yes, you can potentially lose weight by eating frozen Weight Watchers meals, as they are designed for weight loss. However, it's important to supplement them with fresh fruits and vegetables for a balanced diet. Taste preferences vary, so it's best to try them yourself to see if you like them.
