What do you get with your weight watchers subscription?

I was just wondering what you get with your weight watchers subscription? Am I right weight watchers don't have local groups like slimming world because with SW you get the motivation, cheap slimming world magazines, extra syn books and recipe books to buy.

Kind of wondering if to head this way instead of calorie counting, I can be a little naughty on the calorie counting... like I no longer include my coffee or butter/marg I use.

Weight Watchers used to be exactly the same, meetings etc etc but don't know if that's changed over the years?

I remember when weight watchers food wasn't in supermarkets or anything and you got it at your meetings

There is meetings too I do it alone. I bought a propoints calculator on Ebay and it is a must. When you get it you input your height/weight/sex and age and it tells you how many propoints you get per day. The calculator also can calculate every food you eat provided you know it's nutritional value. It works as a 7 day diary too as you just input your daily points. You also get 49 a week. So say you get the minimum of 26 daily. You get 30 so it deducts 4 from your weekly points. You must use daily points but can't carry them over if you don't eat them.
The 'eat out' book is a good buy and the propoints pocket book is brilliant. I'm not sure what subscription offers you but those are my essentials xx

Yes they have meetings too, theres one at the building on the other side of the road to SW at the same time too. From what ive heard WW consultants try and sell you all their branded things, like scales, kitchen scales, calculators etc. Someone said they always felt under pressure to buy from them.
Obviously im biased to SW tho ;-) x

What you have to enter all the details to find out how many points every food is?

How many points is a peanut butter kitkat?

Protein..carbs...fat and fibre you can do by serving size or by 100g and then add serving if you weigh it. Like cooked rice/pasta.

Peanut butter kitkat is 7pp I LOVE those

It really isn't, my explaining probably complicated it

Honestly having been on every diet known to man it is the one that works for me and the least restrictive and it would suit you but 49 points mightn't go far on vodka
