You can make it with natural yogurt. I adapted a recipe a while ago but never put it up. I'll dig it out and make it again. I have started also just to make up my curries to taste. A nice selection of herbs and spices are good starts to homemade food and natural yogurt is a great substitute to may ingredients in these kind of dishes.

What food plan do you follow?

Cinnamon contains a lot of fiber. As a result, the spice can aid in reducing the desire for food by encouraging satiety and fullness. As processing cinnamon requires more energy than processing other meals, cinnamon can increase metabolism.
