Cinnamon for weight loss?

You can make it with natural yogurt. I adapted a recipe a while ago but never put it up. I'll dig it out and make it again. I have started also just to make up my curries to taste. A nice selection of herbs and spices are good starts to homemade food and natural yogurt is a great substitute to may ingredients in these kind of dishes.
