Does Weight Watchers sell cereal?

A friend of mine mentioned this but I have never seen it at any of the stores where I shop. Maybe it isn't available in all areas or she could possibly be mistaken. I tried to search online but didn't see anything.

Morning Jeans

I looked on the weight watchers food site just now and found 2 types you can see them here (it's the UK site - not sure where abouts you are though) I don't think many cereals are available just because I have noticed on diets like Weight Watchers and Slimming World that even with for instance All Bran or similar high fibre cereals you are only allowed a very little bit in a bowl. (well seems a little bit to my greedy eyes)

Hope that helps

Thank you, Marie. That helps a lot. I just have not found it in the stores here but my friend swears she has seen it. I'll have to ask her again if she remembers at which store she was shopping. I was hoping for a lower carb cereal option since I am getting tired of Shredded Wheat.

Have you tried eating oats in the "magic pancakes" way - it's not like eating cereal. We don't eat anything other than oats and only maybe do these once a week. Here's the recipe in case it helps:

35g porridge oats,
1 vanilla muller light,
2 eggs

Soak the oats overnight in the yoghurt in the fridge (some people don't or just do for an hour, I am sure it would be fine either way), then mix in the egg and make like pancakes in a non stick pan. Some people add artificial Sweetener. I also sometimes make them with fruit flavoured yoghurts and they are nice and a bit different.

Best of luck with your week Jeans

Edit: Just realised I said we don't eat anything other than oats hahaha. We do eat other things too of course, we're not horses, it's just that's the only cereal we eat

I have yet to see anything like this in our local stores so most of the time I stick with Special K or something similar. A friend of mine will only eat Kashi brands and I have tried it but I don't really like their cereals.

Marie - You made me laugh.

That sounds like a good healthy type of breakfast but maybe a little heavy for me. I may try that as dinner sometime. I like recipes that only have a couple ingredients!
