To all the other Weight Watchers members out there, what do you do when you eat something and you have no idea about the serving size? How do you account for that in your Weight Watchers tracking? Obviously I know it's better not to eat things you can't measure, but I messed up earlier today and now I don't know how to tackle it in my tracker.
It seems like I remember reading somewhere that Weight Watchers recommends you record it as two servings whenever you are not sure how much you actually had. That's what I've done the couple of times that I messed up and didn't measure first.
What was it? Not on WW but I'm pretty good as guessing
