Bootcamp/body weight exercises
I found this fab site the other day http://www.boot-camp-fitness-guide.com/ it's full of workout ideas and talks you through different exercises! I've got some copied out for when I have some time spare that needs filling. There's 10-20minute workouts planned out on there, so even if you've not got much time, you can get something done!
I thought about the bootcamp class I went to... I could definitely adapt them for at home problem is there is nobody to push you.... you go to the class you do it

bootcamps are really fast paced aren't they? Where as I tend to float about trying to look busy!
Some exercises can be modified with weights for additional strength training.
