My home workouts included cable exercises, free weights and body weight exercises.
All exercises can be adapted to alternatives with and without equipment or to suit the exercise equipment you have ie you have dumbbells but don’t have a barbell.
I sleepover at work so putting together a bedroom workout body weight no equptment or jumping around that I can do 3-5 sets on based on tiredness and time. Can be. Used as a hotel workout also.
10 dips
10 squats and squeeze that butt
20 crunches
10 leg raises
30 sec plank
10 pushups
Might add more squats, glute bridges and superman’s next time.
I’ve been trying to get some workouts to aim for specific muscle groups but getting confused as some target more than 1 area etc I think I need some time off work just to sort that. Signed up for www.bodybuilding.com member ship which has some member only workouts and advice.
