Last week was a good week! End of Friday I had soup and flatbread for tea.

Saturday was a chilled afternoon and then went for a walk over the beach up to Ynys Llanddwyn Island which is beautiful, I can't wait to go back. For tea had chinese takeaway; satay chicken starters and a noodle box which I ate about 1/3 of because it was too hot #doh

Sunday no roast dinner instead sour dough bread, avocado, scrambled egg and bacon

Monday kick started well .... weights at home and boxing in the evening - chicken, broccoli, little mexican rice and egg for tea
Today a coastal jog, walk & sprint with a friend and a 5 minute ab blast while my bath was running - naked cheese burgers with a handful of sweet potato chips for tea tonight

Went for a walk yesterday evening and got to the end of my day doing just over 20,000 steps ... wowsers for me

I appear to have done something to my knee, not sure what but it feels weird so resting on that today and did an arm and ab blast instead before a nice hot hot bath

Need to do a post with some workout ideas

Dinner tonight is chicken goan curry. I've never had it before.

So I’ve not done too bad since my last update ... food I’ve been conscious of but I think I need to start counting more accurately for a while. Weather has been challenging so not much outdoors plus it’s been my weekend off so I’m in Mum mode and 2 days in work gives me less exercise time.

In work I take a girl to horse riding for work experience/study and had a lovely afternoon exploring a little of the Severn Valley Country Park with a jog walk and yesterday while there was free time in the office I went for a 3.5km explore.

Few walks tracked automatically and of course some home weight sessions.

I defo need more measurements both what I’m consuming and to measure success.

Work colleague told me I look like I’ve lost weight today, this makes me happy. I might not be on the ball with my fitness routine but I have been trying to be mindful of my food habits especially in work and on weekends when we have movie nights at home .... with sweets! I need to resist more but does anyone else find people noticing help you resist the shit stuff more.

I’m focusing on getting control of my food over exercise right now. It doesn’t help I need to see ENT for my ears due to problems since January, its having an effect on my every day and I am sure contributing to feeling fatigue more than usual. Balance is off ... ears constant clogged and I have to pop, its awful, for a couple of second when I pop I feel a different normal so it’s definitely having a negative effect on me. Oh well #moan!

If the rain stops (where the F did that come from) I hope to have the energy to go for a short run tomorrow, I have noticed while I seem to be getting a nice curve it’s hitting my thighs, STANDARD

I got covid grounded food not too bad although has a couple of naughty I ate too much shit food days I did drink too much prosecco ... oopsie. I've maintained basically so balanced out. Back to eating good this week and have had 'extra good' days which I'm hoping to follow when I'm in work for 48hrs too, that's the worst usually.

Planned a cycle on weekend just gone but the wind was up really bad so fingers crossed it's a little better this Saturday assuming I don't come home and face plant the bed from work.

Covid grounded is the worst, one of mine is grounded til sat. The one you really don’t want to be stuck in a house with too very fortunate that she’s old enough for me to pop to the shop and leave her!

You’ve done amazingly well to maintain during that!

Oh I was going insane, it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway but my cycles were cancelled, my AL was spent doing nothing and I hated no control of the shopping

Isn't it nuts you are grounded but everyone else in your household can go out despite the fact you are grounded in case you have contracted it and if you have then the likely your household has is high. Fucking stupid. Turns out I didn't and I lost a lot of wages.

I feel frumpier again and I'm low calories in the day. Its the exercise I'm failing at I think, starting to realise I'm not getting anywhere without upping my game now and to stop fannying around over it
