So 2017 I said I'd sort myself out AGAIN ... I did on and off. I just didn't keep to routine.
I'm 1 jean size bigger than I want to be so measurements are my target... I'd like to be down to 20% body fat by end of 2018 so body fat is my target but I'm not going to obsess. I will check in every 3 months instead of monthly.
My endurance is shot as I've hardly done any cardio and I've not been able to improve some of my weights due to my shoulder injury
so I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and improve on the things I can do.
I hope to make the minimum of 4 sessions a week training and minimum of 1 day a week doing some walk sprints... I know I will die!
