Well I went to physio ... it was my first and last because there is nothing they can do.
I've always said I have felt 'something' there, I've always enjoyed any pressure being applied as it would get tight etc and seems I was right. Exercise and lifting weights has eventually brought the problem to the surface.
I can't say I understood much of what she said but in short:
I have a muscle imbalance
I need to strengthen my rhomboids which effects the trapezius
I don't have a rotator cuff injury but it does effect it
She explained my shoulder has 3 movements and the last basically doesn't work which makes sense because I get to points I can't move my left arm... sometimes I already have a weight either half way or above my head
The only relief is if I can get someone to apply pressure to my trigger points.
It'll never go away unfortunately. I'll always be prone to it

so I've been trying to suck that up.
On other points I am back training. Yesterday was massively all arms and to be blunt fucked me over
Food is pretty good. Prosecco has slowed down too LOL!
