I need some serious motivations ... doens't help I've had a stressful couple of weeks.

The small one is at her session later so I'm going to put my music on and do a session on my own.

Back to it ... an SHIT that was hard. I was still feeling sick an hour later terrible haha

Floor press ... I was quite happy I managed a couple at 45kg but then my shoulder said no *sigh*!

Followed by a partner WO:
100 KB swings
20 calories on the assault bike
50 box step-ups
100 calories on the assault bike
100 rows (pulling up from bar on rack) - I went to bent over rows
20 calories on the assault bike
100m run

I've been on an off fitness and trying to be healthier. Less prosecco mostly ...

Yesterday Olympic lifts were introduced to our 6.05am session, it's always been 7am sessions which I can't make so I was really pleased. Although we do some lifts I've never done the 'jerk'. I was eek because I have the most awful balance but managed 25kg. Followed by a WOD

Today we did some deadlifts and floor press with a WOD.

I have been on it but so busy I've not kept up here.

My coffee intake has crept back up ... +2 sugars each I think I need to go to zero again.

The small one is doing the junior session later so I'm going to do a WO on my own.

Food is 'ok' ... ok meaning balancing bad food in the evening with low calorie mornings and afternoons!
