Did a little of all sorts when the small one went to do the junior session!
Sets of 5 pause squats - 4 rounds
15 strict press
The 4 rounds of -
5 rows
10 wall balls
15 KB swings
20 sit-ups
2 rounds of 10 sumo deadlifts

I was so tired this morning and blooming comfortable but dragged my butt out of bed.
Push press today, I swapped to rows half way due to shoulder then an AMRAP of:
20 lunges
30 GTOH
20 box step ups
30 situps
200m run
Can't say I was zoned in and at speed ... just moved
That's great you pushed past the tiredness and got the workout done
Stopped my alarm instead of snoozing it ... oops!
