Back to it this morning!
I didn't enjoy today' session so much!
Started with squats then a comb of strict press, dumbbell snatches, assault bike, sit ups, wall balls, bent over rows and short runs which I ran straight into a puddle on ... well pissed off
Just wasn't zoned in but I showed up!

Well I'm sulking today. I've twinged my back and it's not going away. I AM BROKEN I struggled on a 45kg deadlift, what we did I'd be doing 70/75kg. Zoned out and went home.
Sigh!!!

I did it a couple of weeks ago, TBH it's another thing that I do believe was an underlying issue but it's defo out to play in force now. I just thought ok I can squat squat squat while I get my shoulder sorted ... no
I didn't do the morning. An extra 2 hours in bed was nice.
